LIVERY RATES

1 Full  livery–separate stable + daily turn out or walker (inc hay/feed) and lunging to maintain fitness £21.50 per day (£150.50 per week) + VAT
2 Stallion Full livery with daily turn out or walker (inc hay/feed) and lunging or long reining to maintain fitness £28 per day (£196 per week) + VAT
3 Part livery –separate stable + daily turn out or walker (inc hay/feed) £16.50 per day (£115.50  per week) + VAT
4 Full Training/competition livery to include schooling/exercise 4 times a week this includes preparation for backing or preparing for grading.  If the horse is backed by us a one off additional charge of £250 is payable to the grooms £28 per day (£196 per week) + VAT

This is a small private family stud which will supply your horse with a relaxed, luxury environment and high quality professional care.  Staff live on site in accommodation in the stable barn for 24 hour surveillance and security.   Luxury facilities for horse owners with shower facilities and tea/coffee making and sitting area in our "Livery lounge".

Full livery includes daily individual turnout for 2-3 hours when weather permits (we do not have winter turn-out), horsewalker when turnout not available, stable with rubber floor fully cleaned out twice daily with thin shavings on rubber.  (Full shavings bed charged extra). Lunging or long reining to maintain fitness up to 3  times per week or as requested. One of these sessions can be loose jumping if wished. High quality home grown Haylage or hay 3 times a day. Hard feed as required (including carrots) Special supplements charged extra . Daily groom, change of rugs in winter.    Use of Shower bay and solarium. Full use of Covered Floodlit 40 x 20m Charles Britton arena.  We have a fully alarmed and secure tack room. 
NB: Clipping, plaiting and tack cleaning charged extra.  Feed and hay/haylage is included unless special additional supplements or feeds required then these must be supplied at the owners cost .
 Competition /Training Livery includes all that is listed above for full livery but will also include being kept riding fit for competition horses or schooled on the ground for horses being prepared for backing.  The horses will be worked at least 4 times a week.  This also includes show preparation /bathing/ plaiting and clipping when required.   NB: If the horse is backed by us a one additional charge of £250 is payable to the grooms
Part Livery includes most of full livery except the lunging or long reining exercise.  It is expected that the owner will do more of the daily handling (eg: grooming and changing rugs etc) of the horse than with Full livery. Exercise can be added on request and will be charged per session. Additional services are charged extra as listed.

Tack Cleaning £10 for saddle and bridle
Additional 1 hour session on horse walker £5

Preparation of Colt for Grading £15 per day worked
Preparation of mare for showing / grading £15 per day worked
Presentation for Grading of Colt at Show £100
Presentation of Mare for grading  £50
Parking of Trailer at Holme Park Stud - outside £4 per week
Parking of Lorry at Holme Park stud - outside £5 per week
Parking of Trailer at Holme Park Stud - inside £8 per week
Parking of Lorry at Holme Park Stud - inside £10 per week
